Welcome to Market Stack Dash. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Market Stack Dash mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Market Stack Dash, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use Market Stack Dash.

This Agreement is intended to comply with the policies of the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Your use of Market Stack Dash is also subject to the privacy practices described at encryptway.html.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Market Stack Dash, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms incorporated herein by reference. You represent that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing or using Market Stack Dash on behalf of an organization, you agree to this Agreement for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind the organization.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Market Stack Dash solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Market Stack Dash, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of Market Stack Dash or its associated services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized third-party software, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

5. In‑App Purchases

Market Stack Dash may offer virtual goods, currencies, or services for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You agree that payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play payment systems, and you will comply with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and charges associated with purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Market Stack Dash, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of the developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Market Stack Dash without the developer’s prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy at encryptway.html. By using Market Stack Dash, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Market Stack Dash at any time, with or without cause, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

Market Stack Dash is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Market Stack Dash, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Market Stack Dash or your breach of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date of modification in the document itself. Your continued use of Market Stack Dash after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Third‑Party Services

Market Stack Dash may integrate with third‑party services, including advertising networks, analytics providers, and social media platforms. Your use of such services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

15. User Feedback

If you provide us with any suggestions, enhancements, or feedback regarding Market Stack Dash, you hereby grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services without compensation to you.

17. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re‑export control laws and regulations of any relevant jurisdictions. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any restricted country or on any government list of prohibited parties.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding Market Stack Dash and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

By using Market Stack Dash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not download, install, or use Market Stack Dash.
